Designated Safeguarding and Child Protection Lead

I hold a CACHE Level 3 in Early Years, I have over 6 years experience working as an Early Years Practitioner. I am a nursery Designated Safeguarding and Child Protection Lead. I have experience working with chlidren who have Autism. I am qualified for Paediatric first aid. After 5 years working at Alban Pre-School, I took one year to improve my skills and knowledge in a different role. I have come back believing that children are powerful learners driven by curiosity and interest. As an educator, I challenge myself on a daily basis to respond to the individual development and learning needs of the children engaging them through activities, meaningful expereinces and purposeful play.

Kaltrina Mustafa

I hold a BA Hons Degree in Early Childhood Studies. I re- joined Alban Pre-School 1 year ago, following a break. I have previously worked at Alban for several years.

I have a SENCO qualification and enjoy supporting children with additional needs.

I love working with children and look forward to supporting them to achieve their goals and to watch their personal development grow.

Lily Rowland

I am currently studying for my Level 5 Early Years Foundation Degree. This is my fourth year here at Alban Pre-School. Outside of Alban, I have achieved my lifeguarding qualification where I teach young children how to swim. I have also acquired my Paediatric first aid certificate. I have always enjoyed being able to help younger children and I wish to continue this here at Alban Pre-School where I have learnt the importance of children's development during these early years.

Sara Krasniqi

 I am currently working towards my Level 3 Apprenticeship in Childcare. I am passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, particularly in the area of communication and language.

I aspire to become a Speech and Language Therapist and enjoy working closely with children to help build their confidence, social skills, and ability to express themselves. I am committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child feels supported and valued.

Dawn Lilley

I  am a CACHE Level 2 Early Years Practitioner. I joined Alban Pre-School 2 years ago, following a deliberate career transition.

I love working with children and look forward to supporting them to achieve their goals and to watch their personal development grow.

Sussan Ahmed

I am an Early Years Practitioner with a CACHE Level 3 qualification and 8 years of experience. I enjoy supporting children’s development through play and creating a caring, positive environment. I have recently joined Alban Pre School and I am looking forward to working closely with the children, families, and staff team.

Helen Ingham

I have a BEng (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering and I was a fully qualified Chartered Accountant but decided to change career when my children started school so that I could help them flourish. I have 13 years’ experience working as an Early Years Practitioner and hold a CACHE Level 3 in Early Years along with a current paediatric first aid qualification. I joined Alban Pre-School in 2024 and I hope to draw on my experience to help the children develop a lifelong love of learning and prepare them for the next steps on their learning journey.

We regularly take students from Barnet and Southgate College as part of their work based practice development skills.
